Summary:

As an Application Developer, a typical day involves designing, building, and configuring applications that align with business processes and meet specific application requirements. This role requires continuous interaction with various stakeholders to understand evolving needs and translate them into functional software solutions. The position demands a balance between creativity and technical precision to ensure applications are both efficient and scalable. Collaboration with cross-functional teams is a key aspect, ensuring that the developed applications integrate seamlessly within the broader organizational ecosystem. Problem-solving and iterative development are integral parts of daily activities to enhance application performance and user experience.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements within the team to enhance productivity and quality.
• Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and ensure knowledge sharing.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to align project goals and deliverables with business objectives.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Program Project Management.
• Strong skills in project planning, resource allocation, and risk management.
• Experience in coordinating cross-functional teams and managing project timelines effectively.
• Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into actionable project plans.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to facilitate collaboration and decision-making.
• Familiarity with software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Program Project Management.
• This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
