As a Tech Delivery Subject Matter Expert, a typical day involves leading innovative approaches within delivery projects, leveraging extensive expertise to influence and enhance client engagements. This role requires actively shaping strategies for both the organization and clients by integrating emerging ideas and best practices. The professional collaborates closely with clients, building trusted advisor relationships to understand their needs and guide the implementation of technology-driven business transformations. The day is dynamic, involving continuous interaction with various stakeholders to ensure that solutions align with strategic objectives and deliver measurable value.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead the adoption of innovative delivery practices to improve project outcomes and client satisfaction.
• Facilitate knowledge sharing and skill development within the team to build collective expertise.
• Support junior team members by providing guidance and mentorship to foster professional growth.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Success Factors Employee Central Payroll.
• Strong understanding of payroll processes and integration within human capital management systems.
• Experience in analyzing complex business requirements and translating them into technical solutions.
• Ability to design and implement best practice business changes using SAP Success Factors modules.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients and internal teams.
• Capability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality results in a fast-paced environment.

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP Success Factors Employee Central Payroll.
• This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
