The Strategic Planning & Analysis Specialist will be involved with financial analysis work necessary to support and advise the CFO and Senior Managing Director of Corporate Finance Planning & Strategy team. This role will involve the following activities:

• Analysis of Accenture’s key competitors quarterly financial reporting & filings.
• Collaborate and assist business partners on competitor analytics and Accenture’s positioning in the marketplace, particularly with Growth & Strategy, Investor Relations, Performance & Advisory as well as Legal, Marketing and others.
• Financial statement analysis for both publicly traded and privately held competitors.
• Being involved with creating monthly, quarterly, and annual financial analytics necessary to support and advise the CFO and Finance Leadership.
• Prepare ad hoc analysis as needed.

Ability to:

• Work in a fast-paced team environment, share responsibilities, and help team members complete/review work.
• Work in a confidential environment, with a high sense of urgency, and ensure accuracy.
• Plan, coordinate work, and be flexible; multi-task and quickly switch priorities.
• Work planned overtime, meet deadlines, and respond to urgent requests.

Must have

Undergraduate degree in Finance or Accounting or related careers.

Good to have

Postgraduate in Finance, started or completed.

Must have

·3/5+ years of working in a financial role with financial reporting, analysis and accounting concepts

·3/5+ years of Power BI, MS Excel and MS PowerPoint

Good to have

• Experience in presenting with leadership.
• Understanding of the economics that drive our business, the operating model, and the economic model.
• Strong analytical and communication (written and oral) skills
• SAP and Opportunity Management Reporting
• Strong MS Excel skills and data manipulation (or financial modeling) skills
• Hands-on experience leveraging AI tools and technologies in a workplace setting is a plus
