    What would you do? The Learning & Development Content – Senior Analyst (CL10) is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality learning content aligned to instructional design standards and business objectives. The role independently delivers learning assets across digital, virtual, and blended formats, ensuring instructional accuracy, learner engagement, and compliance with quality and accessibility standards. This role collaborates with instructional designers, subject matter experts, and stakeholders to deliver effective learning solutions.
    Talent Development involves creating and implementing programs to enhance employees skills and career growth. This includes training, mentoring, and performance management. The goal is to help employees reach their full potential and contribute effectively to the organization. Responsibilities also include identifying skill gaps and developing strategies to address them. This role is essential for fostering a skilled and motivated workforce.
    Develop learning activities and supporting materials according to the content design plan.
    What are we looking for? • Relevant years of experience in Learning & Development content design and development• Proven experience developing learning content in a corporate or professional L&D environment• Experience supporting global or regional learning programs preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline• Preferred: Degree or certification in Instructional Design, Learning Sciences, Cognitive Psychology, English, Technical Writing, Communications, or related field
    Roles and Responsibilities: •• Develop and produce learning content based on approved instructional designs and project standards• Create and update course outlines, storyboards, and learning assets for e Learning, ILT, vILT, and video formats• Write, edit, and structure learning content to meet defined learning objectives• Review own deliverables for accuracy, consistency, instructional integrity, and quality before submission• Incorporate feedback from leads, stakeholders, and clients, resolving conflicting inputs effectively• Conduct peer reviews to ensure adherence to content and quality standards• Engage with subject matter experts to gather inputs and validate learning content• Contribute to best practices, lessons learned, and continuous improvement initiatives
    • • Strong understanding of instructional design principles and adult learning methodologies• Experience with multiple learning approaches (e Learning, instructor-led, virtual learning)• Strong content writing, editing, and review skills• Exposure to digital learning formats such as microlearning, videos, and simulations• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint• Hands-on experience with at least one learning authoring tool (e.g., Articulate suite or equivalent)• High attention to detail and ability to work with minimal supervision• Understanding of accessibility and inclusive learning practices applicable in Australia
