What would you do? Execute end-to-end Supply Planning and Network Operations for the assigned Area/Category, ensuring consistent service delivery aligned to performance metrics. Lead a team of planning professionals to drive timely issue resolution, maintain accurate planning data, coordinate with suppliers and cross-functional partners, and support effective use of digital planning tools. The role is critical to sustaining operational continuity, strengthening planning execution, and enabling seamless end-to-end supply performance across the network. Additionally, champion the adoption of digital solutions and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance efficiency, responsiveness, and overall planning excellence Supply Chain involves managing the flow of goods and services from suppliers to customers. This role includes planning and coordinating production, transportation, and inventory management. It also involves ensuring timely delivery, cost efficiency, and quality control. The goal is to optimize the entire supply chain process to meet customer demands and improve organizational efficiency. Align product design and development processes with business objectives and market strategy. Manage product launch throughout sales and distribution channels. Prepare internal operations and partner organizations to support the new product, aiming to reduce time-to-market.

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Lead day-to-day activities of Senior Analysts and Analysts, ensuring high standards of supply execution, inventory performance, cross-functional coordination, and planning data accuracy.
- Support capability development by promoting a learning-oriented environment and encouraging knowledge sharing within the team.
- Execute supply planning, inventory management, sourcing coordination, and master data activities in alignment as per guidance.
- Ensure smooth operational execution for the assigned Area/Category by adhering to service delivery and performance metrics.
- Proactively identify, evaluate, and resolve supply risks, constraints, and exceptions to maintain uninterrupted product availability and service levels.
- Maintain planning parameters, ensure data accuracy, and uphold system discipline to enable reliable planning outputs.
- Collaborate closely with demand & supply teams to ensure seamless end-to-end supply execution.
- Drive adoption of digital planning tools, analytics dashboards, and automation solutions to enhance team efficiency and operational responsiveness.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by identifying process gaps, simplifying workflows, and strengthening execution reliability.
- Drive documentation accuracy and version control, adherence to standard operating procedures, and compliance with planning and master data governance requirements • Deliver clear, data-based performance insights and updates to team members, leadership and relevant stakeholders to support informed decision-making.
