Project Role Description : Acts as an enabler for the effective functioning of a software development team using Agile methodologies. Coaches and mentors the Scrum Team(s), removing barriers to successful implementation and enabling a continued focus on the task at hand. Facilitates scrum and agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. Identifies and reports progress via appropriate metrics.
Must have skills : Service Now Performance Analytics
Good to have skills : TSM Backup Administration, Integration Architecture Blueprint & Design Solutions, Service Now Configuration Management Database (CMDB)
Minimum 3 year(s) of experience is required
Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education

Summary:

In the role of Scrum Master, a typical day involves enabling the smooth operation of a software development team by fostering an Agile work environment. This includes guiding the team through various Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. The role requires actively identifying and addressing any obstacles that may hinder progress, ensuring the team remains focused on their objectives. Additionally, the Scrum Master monitors and communicates project progress through relevant metrics, supporting continuous improvement and collaboration within the team to achieve successful project delivery.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies to ensure effective team collaboration and progress.
• Identify and remove impediments that affect the team s productivity and delivery.
• Support continuous improvement by encouraging feedback and adapting processes accordingly.
• Assist in tracking and reporting project progress using appropriate metrics and tools.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Service Now Performance Analytics.
• Good To Have Skills: Experience with TSM Backup Administration, Service Now Configuration Management Database (CMDB), Integration Architecture Blueprint & Design Solutions.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and Scrum framework.
• Ability to facilitate team collaboration and conflict resolution.
• Experience in tracking and reporting project metrics to stakeholders.
• Skilled in identifying process improvements to enhance team efficiency.

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Service Now Performance Analytics.
• This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
