Summary:

As a Custom Software Engineer, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to ensure that the applications meet the required specifications and standards. You will engage in discussions to understand user needs and translate them into technical requirements, while also overseeing the development process to ensure timely delivery of high-quality software solutions. Additionally, you will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving any issues that arise during the development lifecycle, ensuring a smooth workflow and effective communication among all stakeholders.

• Collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.

• Monitor project progress and adjust plans as necessary to meet deadlines.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Open Link Endur.
• Good To Have Skills: Experience with Openlink Endur Functional.
• Strong understanding of application design and development principles.
• Experience with software configuration management tools.
• Proficient in troubleshooting and debugging complex software issues.

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Open Link Endur.
• This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
