Summary:

As a Custom Software Engineer, you will develop custom software solutions to design, code, and enhance components across systems or applications. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements, utilizing modern frameworks and agile practices to create scalable and high-performing solutions that meet specific business needs. You will engage in problem-solving activities, ensuring that the software solutions you develop are not only functional but also optimized for performance and user experience. Additionally, you will participate in code reviews and contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence within the team.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Salesforce Development
Design, develop, and enhance solutions using Apex (classes, triggers, batch, async), Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, and other declarative tools.
Build and configure Salesforce components such as custom objects, validation rules, permission sets, sharing settings, page layouts, and app
configurations. should be having Knowledge of Salesforce (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, CRMA, Agent force)
Develop CRMA/Einstein Analytics assets including dashboards, lenses, datasets, dataflows, and recipes.
Perform unit testing, debugging, and optimization to ensure robust and scalable solutions.

End to End Ownership:

Participate in sprint planning and deliver solution increments aligned to user stories and acceptance criteria
Analyze business requirements, translate them into technical specs, and propose optimal Salesforce solutions.
Migrate code/artifacts across environments following DevOps & release management best practices.

Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement:

Collaborate with business analysts, testers, architects, and cross functional teams to ensure successful solution delivery.
Conduct demos, walkthroughs, and knowledge sharing sessions as required.
Provide support for bug fixing, performance improvements, and production deployments.

Professional & Technical Skills:

Proficiency in:
Apex (Classes, Triggers, Batch, Schedulable, Queueable)
Lightning Web Components (LWC)
Flows (Record triggered, Screen flows, Orchestrations)
Integration using REST/SOAP APIs
Sales Cloud & Service Cloud configuration and customization
CRMA / Tableau CRM dashboards, datasets, and dataflows
Experience with version control and deployment tools using Azure.

Soft Skills:

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Excellent communication and documentation skills.
Comfortable working in Agile/Scrum teams
Should be able to guide junior team members in the project

Additional Information:

The candidate should have minimum 3-5 years of experience in Salesforce Lightning Web Components.
A 15-year full time education is required.
Good to have Salesforce Certifications like Platform Developer I/II, Administrator / Advanced Admin, Sales Cloud / Service Cloud Consultant, CRMA & Einstein Discovery Consultant.
