Summary:

As a Full Stack Engineer, a typical day involves designing and building comprehensive system features that span from the user interface to the backend infrastructure. This role requires actively engaging in the full development lifecycle, ensuring seamless integration of components to deliver robust and efficient solutions. The engineer collaborates with various stakeholders to understand business needs and applies innovative approaches to address complex challenges. Embracing a cloud-first and agile methodology, the role demands continuous learning and adaptation to emerging technologies to enhance service delivery and client satisfaction.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead the coordination of cross-functional efforts to ensure alignment and timely delivery of project milestones.
• Mentor junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize development processes and enhance product quality.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Snowflake Data Warehouse, MySQL.
• Good To Have Skills: Experience with MySQL.
• Strong knowledge of cloud-based data warehousing concepts and architecture.
• Experience in designing scalable and secure data models within Snowflake environments.
• Ability to optimize query performance and manage data pipelines effectively.
• Familiarity with integrating Snowflake with various data ingestion and analytics tools.

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Snowflake Data Warehouse.
• This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
