Summary:

As an Application Support Engineer, a typical day involves acting as a software detective by investigating and resolving issues across various components of essential business systems. This role requires a proactive approach to monitoring system performance, diagnosing problems, and ensuring smooth operation of critical applications. The position demands collaboration with different teams to maintain system stability and deliver timely solutions, contributing to the overall efficiency and reliability of business processes.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand system requirements and troubleshoot complex issues.
• Document findings and solutions to support knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.
• Assist in the implementation of system updates and enhancements to improve performance and reliability.
• Support junior team members by providing guidance and sharing expertise.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Java Full Stack Development.
• Strong knowledge of front-end technologies including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks.
• Experience with back-end development using Java and related frameworks.
• Familiarity with database management and query optimization.
• Ability to debug and resolve issues in multi-tiered application environments.
• Understanding of software development lifecycle and version control systems.

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Java Full Stack Development.
• This position is based at our Mumbai office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
• Willingness to work in shift B ( 11 to 9 or 12 to 10)
