As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves designing and developing tailored software solutions that enhance various system components. The role requires working closely with different teams to ensure the delivery of scalable and efficient applications. The engineer actively participates in refining software architecture and contributes to continuous improvement efforts, ensuring that solutions align with evolving business requirements and operational goals.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead efforts to identify and implement best practices within the team to improve software quality and delivery timelines.
• Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and enhance overall team capability.
• Coordinate cross-functional collaboration to align software development activities with organizational objectives.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in TIBCO MDM.
• Strong knowledge of software development life cycle and agile methodologies.
• Experience in designing and implementing scalable software components.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues effectively.
• Familiarity with integration techniques and middleware solutions related to TIBCO products.

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in TIBCO MDM.
• This position is based at our Chennai office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
