Summary:

As a Software Development Lead, you will engage in the development and configuration of software systems, either managing the entire process or focusing on specific stages of the product lifecycle. Your day will involve collaborating with team members, applying your expertise in various technologies and methodologies, and ensuring that the software solutions meet client needs effectively and efficiently. You will also be responsible for troubleshooting issues and implementing improvements to enhance system performance and user experience.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Mentor junior team members to foster their professional growth and development.
• Analyze project requirements and design software solutions that align with client expectations.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP ABAP Development for HANA.
• Good To Have Skills: Experience with Retail Analytics.
• Strong understanding of software development methodologies and best practices.
• Experience in debugging and optimizing ABAP code for performance improvements.
• Familiarity with HANA database concepts and data modeling techniques.

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in SAP ABAP Development for HANA.
• This position is based at our Indore office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
