Your job

As a Young Graduate within Accenture, your responsibilities are extremely diverse. You have a positive attitude and enjoy working in a team, using your creative and analytical skills to empower our clients by applying new methodologies, processes and technologies. You’ll work within an agile environment and in one of the following areas: Customer Relationship, Risk Management, Finance & Performance Management, Manufacturing and Supply Chain, and across different industries: Financial Services, Life Sciences, Telecommunications, Industrial, Resources and Public Services.

• You will have a keen sense of client service, relationship building, innovation and relentless pursuit of high quality. You will be provided with training and support to succeed in your role;
• You will be at the forefront of client interaction, understanding your client’s needs, detailing business requirements, shaping and delivering digital solutions that fit best;
• You will build and maintain client relationships across IT and business
• You will participate in the full lifecycle of a project: from gathering and understanding the end-user needs and preparing the use cases over functional design, architecting the solution, supervising the technical design, to preparing and executing (real-life) test cases before handover.
• Depending on your profile you will focus more on the development of AI solutions (Agentic AI, Machine learning, Deep learning, NLP, Computer Vision, Physical AI) or in the strategy definition, functional analysis and project delivery.
• You have and will grow a high passion and curiosity for AI but also data centric environments. You are also open to adapting yourself to client reality with projects focusing more on data analysis and less on latest AI innovations.
• You will work every day with AI solutions (internal or client ones) to create higher impact and value on your project.
• You will be ready to work at client site or Accenture Office, so you’re ready to travel in Belgium and potentially abroad.

Your background

• Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Engineering, Business, or a related field experience
• You have an analytical mindset and are at your best in a creative and problem-solving environment;
• You thrive in a diverse working environment with fellow employees from all walks of life, cultures and creeds;
• For the more technical profiles, you have solid foundation in Python, good understanding of AI / ML concepts , Git and other collaborative platforms and exposure the cloud platforms.
• You are able to work with prompts to research content, create deliverables or accelerate digital products creation.
• You’re perfectly fluent in English, Dutch/French and can express yourself in French/Dutch;
