Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Oracle Utilities CCS Reports Developer with strong expertise in designing, developing, and supporting reports within the Oracle Utilities Customer Care and Billing environment. The candidate should have hands-on experience in report development, data extraction, database querying, and performance optimization for utility billing and customer care applications.

Roles & Responsibilities:

-Design, develop, and maintain reports in the Oracle Utilities Customer Care and Billing application.
-Develop operational, billing, customer, financial, and analytical reports.
-Work with business stakeholders to gather reporting requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
-Write complex SQL/PLSQL queries, stored procedures, and packages for report generation.
-Develop reports using tools like Oracle BI Publisher, Oracle Reports, Oracle Analytics (preferred)
-Optimize report performance and troubleshoot production issues.
-Perform unit testing and support SIT/UAT phases.
-Support report migration across environments.
-Ensure adherence to coding standards and documentation practices.
-Collaborate with functional and technical teams for solution delivery.

Professional & Technical Skills:

-Strong hands-on experience in Oracle Utilities Customer Care and Billing / CCS
-Strong knowledge of CC&B database schema
-Expertise in SQL / PLSQL
-Experience with BI Publisher / Oracle Reports
-Understanding of utility billing processes
-Experience in report tuning and performance optimization
-Knowledge of Unix/Linux commands
-Strong debugging and analytical skills
-Experience in Oracle Utilities framework
-Knowledge of C2M / MDM / ORMB
-Exposure to data conversion/migration
-Experience with integration/report scheduling tools
-Utility domain experience (Electricity / Water / Gas)

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Oracle Utilities Customer to Meter C2M SPL.
• This position is based at our Gurugram office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
