Key Responsibilities:

  • Translates the strategic direction and business objectives established by clients into holistic strategies and actions;

  • Develops go-to-market initiatives for Strategy & Consulting in the H&PS industry and leads end-to-end client negotiations;

  • Leverage Accenture’s methods, tools, and assets to design and deliver outcomes to clients, including GEN AI tools;

  • Effectively manages project teams with a focus on results and on delivering outstanding value for clients;

  • Understand and translate customer needs into implementable business solutions to enable long-term success and business integration;

  • Understand analysis of the as-is and to-be processes;

  • Design new business processes based on customer requirements and conduct user review sessions and run stakeholder agreement meetings;

  • Implement digital and operational transformation / reinvention programs.

Job Qualifications:

  • Practical experience in consultancy roles is mandatory;

  • Experience in public sector (public banking, public services, public transports, public utilities) is preferred;

  • Relevant experience to understand complex issues and develop creative and breakthrough solutions;

  • Natural leadership with the ability to easily establish trust-based relationships and gain valuable insights through collaboration and communication;

  • Technological knowledge from a functional perspective;

  • Fluency in written and spoken English and Portuguese.
