As an Application Support Engineer, a typical day involves acting as a software detective by actively monitoring and investigating issues across various components of essential business systems. Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely resolution of incidents and service requests.
- Document troubleshooting steps and solutions to build a knowledge base for future reference.
- Assist in the continuous improvement of support processes and tools to enhance efficiency.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members to foster professional growth.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Google Kubernetes Engine.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Google Cloud DevOps Services.
- Strong understanding of container orchestration and management within cloud environments.
- Experience in monitoring and troubleshooting distributed systems and microservices architectures.
- Familiarity with automation and scripting to streamline support and deployment tasks.
- Ability to analyze system logs and metrics to diagnose and resolve performance issues.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Google Kubernetes Engine.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
