Roles & Responsibilities:

• • Responsible for working with Project Staff to define& document requirements & updating documentation in JIRA.
• Conducting thorough requirements analysis to support mainframe modernization and cloud migration.
• Collaborating with stakeholders to gather and document requirements.
• Working closely with the development team to ensure the successful implementation of solutions.
• Providing expert guidance on requirements analysis to project teams.
• Conducting testing and troubleshooting to optimize the performance of solutions.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• • Good To Have Skills: Scrum, Business Requirements Analysis, Agile Requirement Management.
• Strong capability in managing project scope, timelines, and stakeholder communications.
• Experience in coordinating multiple teams and aligning project goals with business strategies.
• Ability to adapt project plans based on changing priorities and emerging challenges.
• Skilled in facilitating meetings and driving consensus among diverse groups..

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Business Analysis & Agile Project Management.
• This position is based at our Gurugram office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
