Job Summary:

Architect, design, and implement scalable, secure, upgrade-safe Service Now WSD solutions. Lead modern workplace experiences (space management, reservations, workplace services) with strict CSDM alignment and platform best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

Solution Architecture: Design and extend WSD applications (Space, Reservations, Workplace Case, Visitor, Concierge) using App Engine Studio, Flow Designer, UI Builder, Now Experience, Scripted REST APIs, and Integration Hub.
CSDM & Data Integrity: Model workplace data per CSDM 4.0/5.0, enforce data governance, and integrate with Service Graph.
Automation & Integration: Build flows using Flow Designer, Decision Builder, and Integration Hub integrate with ITSM, HRSD, Facilities, and external systems (MID Server, OAuth 2.0).
User Experience: Develop Next Experience Workspaces/Portals with UI Builder ensure WCAG accessibility configure AI Search, Virtual Agent, Next Best Action.
Security & Compliance: Implement ACLs, roles, scoped app protections, Zero Trust principles ensure GDPR/HIPAA compliance.
Testing & CI/CD: Develop ATF test suites participate in code reviews, instance scans, CI/CD pipelines (Application Repository, Git).
Mentorship: Guide junior developers champion WSD best practices track Service Now product roadmap.

Required Qualifications:

Experience: 4+ years Service Now development 2+ years WSD/Facilities focus.
Platform Expertise: Scoped apps, Flow Designer, Integration Hub, UI Builder, Now Experience.
CSDM: Proven CSDM 4.0/5.0 implementation.
Scripting: Advanced JavaScript (ES6+), Glide APIs, secure coding.
Integrations: Integration Hub, MID Server, OAuth 2.0.
Testing/CI/CD: ATF, instance scan, pipeline management.
Security: Robust access controls and data privacy.

Preferred Qualifications:

Certifications: CAD, CIS-WSD.
Service Graph Connectors, Decision Builder, AI Search.
Agile/Scrum, DevOps experience.
Enterprise or regulated environment background.
