Following industry recognized software development life cycle
Agile Software development teams
Excellent knowledge in Databases development using PL/SQL
DevOps, CI/CD, Git, Kubernetes, Docker
Expert experience with Spring Framework, Spring Batch, Micro Services, API Gateway architecture
Designing and developing robust, scalable applications using Spring Boot framework
Experience with security principles and frameworks
Level 10:
Must have 5+ years of relevant experience
Should possess application development experience in Java/J2EE 7/8
Good experience in Spring frameworks (Rest, MVC, JPA, Batch,etc.), Micro Services and Spring Boot
Nice to have Agile development experience
Good knowledge in database development using Pl/SQL

• Skilled in version control systems
• Git for collaborative software development

Summary:

As a Custom Software Engineer, you will engage in the development of custom software solutions that involve designing, coding, and enhancing various components across systems or applications. Your typical day will include collaborating with cross-functional teams, utilizing modern frameworks, and applying agile practices to deliver scalable and high-performing solutions that meet specific business requirements. You will be involved in the entire software development lifecycle, ensuring that the solutions you create are not only functional but also aligned with the strategic goals of the organization.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME.
• Collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Mentor junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
• Continuously evaluate and improve development processes to increase efficiency.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Spring Boot.
• Good To Have Skills: Experience with microservices architecture.
• Strong understanding of RESTful API design and development.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
• Experience with database management systems, including SQL and NoSQL.

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Spring Boot.
• This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
