Summary:

As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves engaging deeply with project requirements to design and develop tailored software solutions. The role includes coordinating with various teams to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables. You will spend time analyzing challenges that arise during development and exploring innovative approaches to address them. Collaboration and communication are key, as you work closely with stakeholders to refine software functionalities and ensure the final product meets the intended objectives. Continuous monitoring of project progress and adapting plans to meet deadlines are integral parts of the daily workflow.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality.
• Mentor junior team members by sharing knowledge and guiding their professional development.
• Facilitate effective communication channels between cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Generative AI.
• Experience with designing and deploying AI-driven software solutions.
• Strong understanding of neural network architectures and deep learning frameworks.
• Ability to optimize AI models for performance and scalability in production environments.
• Familiarity with programming languages commonly used in AI development such as Python and relevant libraries.
• Experience in integrating AI components with existing software systems.

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Generative AI.
• This position is based at our Pune office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
