Summary:

As a Program/Project Management Lead, a typical day involves overseeing the delivery of business and technology outcomes for assigned programs, projects, or contracted services. This role requires coordinating various activities to ensure that service level agreements are met by applying established tools, methodologies, and processes. The position demands continuous monitoring and controlling of project progress, managing timelines, and aligning efforts across multiple teams to achieve successful results. The lead also facilitates communication among stakeholders to maintain clarity and drive the program forward effectively.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of projects ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
• Facilitate effective communication and coordination among cross-functional teams to enhance collaboration.
• Monitor project risks and implement mitigation strategies to minimize impact on deliverables.
• Support the development and mentoring of junior team members to foster professional growth.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Program Project Management.
• Strong capability in managing project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Experience in applying project management methodologies and frameworks to ensure consistent delivery.
• Ability to analyze complex project data and generate actionable insights for decision-making.
• Skilled in stakeholder management and effective communication across diverse teams.
• Competence in risk management and problem-solving to maintain project health and progress.

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Program Project Management.
• This position is based at our Pune office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
