Summary: As a Business Agility Practitioner, you will engage with clients to provide advisory services that enhance business agility and drive technology innovation. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various stakeholders to identify opportunities for organizational transformation, facilitating workshops, and guiding teams in implementing strategies that enable them to adapt and thrive in a competitive landscape. You will also analyze current processes and recommend improvements that align with best practices, ensuring that clients can outlearn and outperform their competition effectively.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME.
• Collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
• Facilitate workshops and training sessions to promote understanding of business agility principles.
• Develop and implement strategies that enhance organizational adaptability and responsiveness.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in AI Agents & Workflow Integration.
• Strong understanding of agile methodologies and frameworks.
• Experience in change management and organizational development.
• Ability to analyze complex business processes and identify areas for improvement.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse teams. -Proven experience leading cloud, DevOps, or AI modernization initiatives. -Strong understanding of LLMs, automation, and engineering toolchains. -Ability to translate AI innovation into business and productivity impact.

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in AI Agents & Workflow Integration.
• This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
