Summary:

As an Integration Engineer, your day involves engaging closely with clients to offer expert advice on business and system integration. You will work to comprehend client requirements thoroughly and translate these into practical technology and business solutions. Your role includes leading conversations around transformation initiatives, mapping the customer journey, and designing functional and application frameworks that align with business objectives. This position requires a proactive approach to ensure that the solutions implemented effectively meet the evolving needs of the clients and support their strategic goals.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of systems and processes.
• Assist in identifying potential risks and propose mitigation strategies during integration projects.
• Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on integration best practices.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Lightning Web Components.
• Strong understanding of component-based architecture and web standards.
• Experience in developing responsive and scalable user interfaces using modern JavaScript frameworks.
• Ability to troubleshoot and optimize performance issues within Lightning Web Components.
• Familiarity with integration patterns and APIs to connect Salesforce with external systems.
• Knowledge of version control systems and collaborative development workflows.

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Salesforce Lightning Web Components.
• This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
