As a Tech Delivery Subject Matter Expert, you will engage in a dynamic and collaborative environment where your expertise will drive innovative practices into delivery. Your typical day will involve working closely with clients to understand their needs, analyzing requirements, and implementing technology best practices. You will be a trusted advisor, enhancing both Accenture's reputation and the client's strategic direction through your deep technical knowledge and effective communication skills. Your role will also include shaping emerging ideas and bringing them to life, ensuring that both Accenture and its clients benefit from cutting-edge solutions.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME.
• Collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities.
• Mentor junior professionals to foster their growth and development.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Success Factors Employee Central.
• Good To Have Skills: Experience with SAP Success Factors modules such as Performance & Goals, Learning Management, and Recruiting Management.
• Strong understanding of HR processes and best practices.
• Experience in system integration and data migration.
• Ability to analyze and optimize business processes using technology.

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP Success Factors Employee Central.
• This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
