Summary:

As a Cloud Migration Engineer, a typical day involves evaluating current systems and infrastructure to determine the best approach for transitioning to cloud environments. This role includes strategizing and executing the migration of applications and data, ensuring that the solutions implemented are scalable and optimized for performance. The position requires coordinating with various stakeholders to align migration efforts with business goals, while continuously monitoring progress and addressing any challenges that arise during the migration process. The engineer plays a key role in enabling organizations to leverage both private and public cloud technologies to achieve advanced business capabilities and efficiencies.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead the development and execution of cloud migration strategies to ensure seamless transition and minimal disruption.
• Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to enhance overall cloud migration capabilities.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align migration activities with organizational objectives and timelines.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Cloud Wave Management.
• Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure components and migration methodologies.
• Experience with designing scalable and high-performance cloud solutions.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to cloud migration.
• Familiarity with both private and public cloud platforms and their integration.
• Skilled in planning and executing data and application migration projects.

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Cloud Wave Management.
• This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
