Summary:

As an Application Lead, a typical day involves overseeing the administration and management of Microsoft Share Point Online environments. This role includes coordinating the design, development, and deployment of Share Point solutions that align with organizational needs. The Application Lead ensures smooth integration with existing systems and provides ongoing technical support and guidance to project teams. Collaboration with various stakeholders and monitoring project progress to maintain quality and efficiency are key aspects of the daily routine, fostering a productive and well-managed implementation lifecycle.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead the planning and execution of Share Point Online projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Facilitate communication between technical teams and stakeholders to ensure clarity and project success.
• Mentor junior team members by providing guidance and support to enhance their skills and performance.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in .Net Full Stack Development.
• Good To Have Skills: Experience with AWS Administration.
• Strong knowledge of Share Point Online architecture and administration.
• Experience integrating Share Point with Active Directory and other enterprise systems.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to Share Point environments.
• Familiarity with software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in .Net Full Stack Development.
• This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
