We are seeking an SAP Project System (SAP PS) to design, deliver, and support SAP PS business solutions that align with industry standards and evolving business needs. This role focuses on solution design, stakeholder engagement, and ensuring SAP PS implementations are effective, scalable, and future‑ready.

The ideal candidate has solid SAP PS experience, strong analytical capabilities, and the ability to collaborate closely with business and technical stakeholders across project lifecycles.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement SAP Project System solutions aligned with business requirements and industry best practices

• Deliver functional and application designs that support both current operations and future business needs

• Engage with business and technical stakeholders to gather, analyze, and validate requirements

• Translate business needs into clear functional specifications and solution designs

• Ensure SAP PS solutions are effective, efficient, and sustainable

• Support solution testing, issue resolution, and stabilization activities

• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure seamless integration with related SAP modules

• Contribute to continuous improvement of SAP PS processes and delivery standards

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in SAP Project System or closely related SAP/ERP functional roles

• Intermediate proficiency in SAP Project System (SAP PS)

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Business, Project Management, or a related field

• Strong understanding of project structures, cost tracking, scheduling, and project lifecycle concepts

• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders

Bonus Points If You Have:

• Intermediate proficiency in SAP Plant Maintenance (SAP PM)

• Advanced problem‑solving skills, particularly in complex project scenarios

• Expertise in project management methodologies (e.g., Waterfall, Agile, Hybrid)

• Intermediate proficiency in Data Analysis, including reporting and insights for project performance

• Mastery of stakeholder engagement techniques, enabling strong alignment and adoption
