Overview:

We are seeking a Functional Data Analyst to support the design and validation of Procurement-to-Pay (P2P) data models across multiple ERP systems. The role will act as a bridge between business stakeholders and data engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Understand and translate business requirements into clear functional specifications
Develop functional design documents for P2P data models covering SAP ECC, SRM, Ariba, and other non-SAP ERP systems
Collaborate with data engineers to ensure accurate interpretation of requirements
Validate data outputs and ensure alignment with business expectations
Analyse defects raised by business users and provide guidance to data engineers on required fixes
Documentation of data model design and diagrams.

Required Knowledge & Experience:

Strong experience in SAP ECC and SRM within P2P processes (Requisitions, Contracts, Purchase Orders, Goods Receipt, Service Entry Sheets)
Good understanding of invoicing interactions within P2P
Experience with Ariba (desirable)
Exposure to Fieldglass (a plus)
Basic SQL knowledge for data validation (desirable)
