• Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality.
• Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and ensure alignment with project goals.
• Coordinate cross-functional communication to facilitate smooth project execution and timely delivery.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Fieldglass Contingent Workforce.
• Strong experience in software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
• Ability to design scalable and maintainable software components using modern programming frameworks.
• Experience in integrating custom solutions with enterprise systems to meet complex business requirements.
• Skilled in troubleshooting and resolving technical challenges in a collaborative environment.
• Excellent understanding of software architecture principles and best practices.
