Summary:

The Security Consultant role is responsible for providing information security training, create graphical awareness communications, design & run phishing campaign and provide metrics that can be used to manage security risks.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• The candidate should have at least 5 years of deep experience in every aspect of Information Security/Cyber Security.
• Experience with delivering security awareness training for large set of participants – Classroom and Virtual.
• Develop and create engaging security awareness training content for all level of personas such as End users, IT/Security specialist, senior management.
• Demonstrate sound understanding in creating security awareness content such as mailers, wallpapers, screensavers, newsletters and other relevant.
• Develop, run, and report on phishing security awareness campaigns in multiple complex environments with different rules, processes, and procedures for each environment.
• Knowledge and experience in designing customized phishing mailers, create processes and procedures for new simulated phishing program.
• Communicate effectively in English with stakeholders on simulated phishing campaigns and campaigns results.
• Develop and design insightful phishing reports for all levels of views.
• Hands on experience on industry known phishing platform – Cofense, Knowbe4, Proofpoint.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Experience in providing cybersecurity awareness trainings.
• Experience with simulated phishing software.
• Experience is designing proposals and solutioning for security awareness offering.
• Proven exceptional written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to think critically and troubleshoot problems as they arise.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to blend technical information with graphic design and marketing skills to create engaging content for an everyday user.
• Must be eager to learn, self-motivated, flexible, accountable and can effectively handle multiple tasks at one time.

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Security Architecture Design.
• Excellent analytical skills and understanding of security processes.
• Strong communication and customer management skills to collaborate with global team across geographies.
• This position is based at our Pune /Gurugram office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
