Project Role Description: Provide consultative Business and System Integration services to help clients implement effective solutions. Understand and translate customer needs into business and technology solutions. Drive discussions and consult on transformation, the customer journey, functional/application designs and ensure technology and business solutions represent business requirements.

Summary:

As an Integration Engineer, you will provide consultative Business and System Integration services to assist clients in implementing effective solutions. Your typical day will involve understanding and translating customer needs into actionable business and technology solutions. You will drive discussions around transformation and the customer journey, ensuring that functional and application designs align with business requirements. Collaborating with various stakeholders, you will facilitate the integration of technology and business solutions, ultimately enhancing the client experience and operational efficiency.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME.
• Collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
• Facilitate training sessions to enhance team capabilities and knowledge sharing.
• Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Service Now IT Service Management.
• Experience with JavaScript, HTML, CSS for customizing Service Now applications.
• Understanding of the Service Now architecture and modules.
• Familiarity with Service Now administration and development.
• Proficiency in JavaScript (client-side and server-side).
• Knowledge of Glide API (Glide Record, Glide Ajax, Glide Form, Glide System, etc.).
• Experience with Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Actions, Script Includes, and Scheduled Jobs.
• Experience with CMDB (Configuration Management Database).
• Building and customizing workflows using the Flow Designer and Workflow Editor.
• Knowledge of Service Now Orchestration.
• Knowledge of relational databases and SQL queries.
• Hands-on experience in integrating Service Now with other systems.
• Good To Have Skills: Experience with Service Now scripting and automation tools

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Service Now IT Service Management.
• This position is based at our Gurugram office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
