What would you do? Help balance increased marketing complexity and diminishing marketing resources. Drive marketing performance with deep functional and technical expertise, while accelerating time-to-market and operating efficiencies at scale through Data and Technology, Next Generation Content Services, Digital Marketing Services & Customer Engagement and Media Growth Services. In a Marketing Operations job profile, responsibilities include managing and optimizing marketing processes and systems. This involves tasks such as campaign execution, data analysis, and budget management. The goal is to improve marketing efficiency and effectiveness. The role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and knowledge of marketing technologies. It is essential for ensuring that marketing strategies are implemented smoothly and deliver measurable results. An area of management concerned with designing and controlling the process of production and redesigning business operations in the production of goods or services. It involves the responsibility of ensuring that business operations are efficient in terms of using as few resources as needed and effective in terms of meeting customer requirements.
What are we looking for? Degree in Human Computer Interaction, Interaction Design, or Design-related field or equivalent industry experience Senior Analyst: 6+ years of professional experience in UI/UX field of work (people management experience will be an added advantage) Analyst: 4+ years of professional experience in UI/UX field of work (people management experience will be an added advantage) Proven experience in delivering design concepts, user journeys, storyboards, wireframes and prototypes Exceptional communication and presentation skills UI/UX, Graphic design, Adobe photoshop, Figma, Illustrator

Roles and Responsibilities:

• In this role you are required to do analysis and solving of increasingly complex problems • Your day to day interactions are with peers within Accenture • You are likely to have some interaction with clients and/or Accenture management • You will be given minimal instruction on daily work/tasks and a moderate level of instruction on new assignments • Decisions that are made by you impact your own work and may impact the work of others • In this role you would be an individual contributor and/or oversee a small work effort and/or team • Please note that this role may require you to work in rotational shifts •Suitable candidate will be responsible in creating the visual impact on various creative outlets that team operates in today. The candidate will be part of a team of UI / UX experts who would provide inputs to enhance the look, feel and user experience in some of the following platforms: Portals, Print, i Pad Apps, Video, and Email design.
• Create compelling visual design and interaction design Strong understanding of design systems Strong interpersonal skills Use analytics to shape design recommendations Guide/mentor fellow designers Anticipate user needs, and suggest ways for the business to address them Must be comfortable presenting to other stakeholders, hammering out ideas with them, and helping them find better ways to do things.
