As a Security Delivery Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the implementation and delivery of Security Services projects. Your typical day will involve coordinating with various teams to ensure that projects are executed efficiently, utilizing our global delivery capabilities, including methods, tools, training, and assets. You will engage with stakeholders to align project goals with organizational objectives, ensuring that security measures are effectively integrated into all aspects of service delivery. Your role will also require you to address challenges that arise during project execution, providing guidance and support to your team to achieve successful outcomes.

• Roles & Responsibilities: Lead AI-driven solution design and delivery by applying GenAI and Agentic AI to address complex business challenges, automate processes, and integrate intelligent insights into enterprise workflows for measurable impact.
• Expected to be an SME.
• Collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Facilitate training sessions to enhance team skills and knowledge.
• Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions as necessary.
• Professional & Technical Skills: Strong grasp of Generative and Agentic AI, prompt engineering, and AI evaluation frameworks. Ability to align AI capabilities with business objectives while ensuring scalability, responsible use, and tangible value realization. The candidate should be AI Ready.
• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Identity and Access Management (IAM) Operations.
• Good To Have Skills: Experience with security compliance frameworks such as ISO 27001 or NIST.
• Strong understanding of identity governance and administration.
• Experience with access control models and authentication mechanisms.
• Familiarity with security incident response processes.
