Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality.
• Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and integration within the team.
• Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment of project objectives and timely delivery.
• Drive innovation by researching and integrating new technologies that support business needs.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP MM Materials Management.
• Experience in configuring and customizing SAP MM modules to meet business requirements.
• Strong knowledge of procurement processes, inventory management, and material planning within SAP environments.
• Ability to analyze complex business scenarios and translate them into effective SAP MM solutions.
• Familiarity with integration points between SAP MM and other SAP modules such as Finance and Production Planning.
• Skilled in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to SAP MM functionalities to ensure smooth operations.

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in SAP MM Materials Management.
• This position is based at our Pune office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
