Summary:
As a Service Now HR Application Developer, you will be responsible for designing, building, and configuring applications to meet business process and application requirements. Your typical day will involve working with Service Now HR Service Management (HR) and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful data-driven solutions.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and improve the digital products and technology services we provide to our internal clients and employees.
- Apply a broad range of software engineering practices, from analyzing user needs and developing new features and to support automated testing and deployment.
- Ensure the quality, security, reliability, and compliance of our solutions by applying our digital principles and implementing both functional and non-functional requirements.
- Build observability into our solutions to monitor production health, help to resolve incidents, and remediate the root cause of risks and issues.
- Continuously up-skill, learn new technologies and practices, reuse strategic platforms and standards, evaluate options, and make decisions with long-term sustainability in mind.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must Have Skills: Strong development experience in Service Now HRSD domain and strong knowledge of Service Now ATF
- Good To Have Skills: Experience in Service Now IT Service Management (ITSM) and Service Now IT Operations Management (ITOM).
- Experience in designing, developing, and implementing Service Now HR Service Management (HR) applications.
- Strong understanding of HR processes and workflows.
- Strong experience in user centric design / UX design
- Experience in providing technical expertise and guidance to stakeholders, including end-users, business analysts, and project managers.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of development experience in Service Now HR Service Management (HR).
- The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
