  What would you do? This team collects and processes data from multiple sources to create reports and dashboards using Excel, Power BI, and Power Apps. Their insights support decision-making by highlighting KPIs across assisted, unassisted, and revenue channels. They also manage performance reporting tools and contribute to business reviews to drive continuous improvement and efficiency

MIS Reporting role producing operational and revenue performance reporting.
Prepare management reports and analysis, both recurring and ad-hoc. It focuses on tracking business performance through trusted data and insights while actively managing employee behaviors.
What are we looking for? • Strong Excel/BI skills• Data accuracy and insight capability• Analytical thinking

• 2–5 years in reporting or MIS roles
