Summary:

As a Business Analyst, you will work closely with business and technology stakeholders to analyze requirements and translate business needs into clear functional specifications. Your day-to-day activities will include requirement elicitation, process analysis, defining user stories, and supporting delivery teams to ensure solutions are scalable, high-quality, and aligned with business objectives. You will collaborate in agile teams, proactively resolve functional challenges, and continuously improve solution design and business outcomes.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Act as BA for end-to-end SAP (ECC/S/4) integration with Manhattan WMS across inbound, outbound, inventory, and warehouse processes.
• Translate SAP business processes into integration requirements using strong knowledge of SAP integrations and event-driven architecture.
• Own functional understanding of MAWM / Manhattan WMS integration touchpoints, including inventory movements, confirmations, and exceptions.
• Create and validate functional specifications, interface mappings, and data flows for SAP–Manhattan integrations.
• Partner with SAP, WMS, and integration teams to support SIT/UAT, validate messages, and resolve integration issues.
• Support cutover, go-live, and production issues related to SAP–Manhattan WMS interfaces.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP EWM with BA experience
• Good To Have Skills: Experience with integration of SAP EWM with other SAP modules.
• Strong understanding of agile methodologies and software development life cycle.
• Experience in developing and deploying applications using modern programming languages.
• Familiarity with cloud-based solutions and their integration with on-premise systems.

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 7 years of experience in SAP EWM.
• This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
