Summary:

As an Application Support Engineer, We are looking for a skilled and motivated Cloud Engineer with strong experience in Azure and GCP to support, manage, and optimize IaaS and PaaS services across cloud environments. The role will be responsible for provisioning, maintaining, monitoring, and troubleshooting cloud infrastructure and platform services while ensuring availability, performance, security, and operational efficiency.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.

  -Design, deploy, manage, and support Iaa

S and PaaS services in Azure and GCP:

-Support production and non-production cloud environments
-Monitor cloud infrastructure health, performance, and availability
-Troubleshoot incidents, service issues, and infrastructure problems
-Work on cloud provisioning, configuration, patching, and operational support
-Collaborate with application, DevOps, security, and architecture teams
-Ensure adherence to security, governance, and compliance standards
-Support automation of recurring tasks using scripts and cloud-native tools
-Prepare and maintain technical documentation, SOPs, and runbooks

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in DevOps.
• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in DevOps, Microsoft Azure PaaS, AWS Administration, Google Cloud Platform Administration.
  -Experience in cloud engineering and infrastructure support.
  -Strong hands-on expertise in AWS and GCP environments.
  -Solid understanding of IaaS and PaaS services.
  -Experience with compute, storage, networking, and IAM.
  -Knowledge of load balancers, DNS, VPN, and VPC/VNet architectures.
  -Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools.
  -Understanding of backup and disaster recovery (DR) concepts.
  -Strong troubleshooting and operational support skills in cloud environments.
  -Experience in scripting and automation using Python, Bash, Shell, or PowerShell.
  -Good understanding of incident, change, and problem management processes.
  -Strong communication and stakeholder coordination abilities.

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 6 years of experience in DevOps.
• This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
