About the Role

We are looking for an Engineering Services Associate/Analyst to join our team supporting Manufacturing & Quality projects for a world-leading aircraft manufacturer.

You will be part of an international, multifunctional team and contribute to a range of project activities from data analysis and reporting to client presentations and project management.

Key Responsibilities

• Work on ongoing/new projects in Manufacturing or Quality domains
• Analyze data, create dashboards, and perform data clustering
• Prepare client presentations and visual materials (slides, demos, KPIs etc.)
• Conduct intensive project follow-up (progress tracking, planning, reporting)
• Communicate regularly with Accenture consultants, leadership, and client stakeholders
• Collaborate with team members across multiple countries (France, Germany, Mauritius)
• Adapt tasks week-to-week based on project needs

Qualifications & Skills

Education:

• Diploma or Degree in Engineering (Aeronautical engineering is a plus), Mechanical, any IT field, Manufacturing or Quality Management

Languages:

• Fluent in English and French (written and verbal)

Technical & Professional Skills:

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Comfortable with Google Workspace (Sheets, Slides, Gmail)
• Strong analytical and planning skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Team-oriented and adaptable

Nice to Have:

• Knowledge of ERP systems (preferably SAP)
• Previous experience in engineering, manufacturing, or quality projects.
• Experience in data analysis (Looker studio / Power BI / Excel VBA / Others)

• Work Schedule: Morning shift (8:00 AM - 5:00 PM ) OR CET Shift (10:30 AM – 7:00 PM /11:30 AM - 8:00 PM)
