Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead the adoption of innovative delivery methodologies to improve project outcomes.
• Facilitate knowledge sharing and skill development within the team to enhance overall performance.
• Support junior team members by providing guidance and mentorship to foster professional growth.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Success Factors Recruiting.
• Strong understanding of talent acquisition processes and recruitment lifecycle management.
• Experience in configuring and customizing SAP Success Factors Recruiting modules to meet business requirements.
• Ability to analyze client needs and translate them into effective technical solutions within the SAP Success Factors framework.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering scalable and sustainable solutions.
• Effective communication skills to interact with clients and internal teams, ensuring clarity and alignment throughout project phases.

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP Success Factors Recruiting.
• This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
