What responsibilities will you have?

As an Automation Test Engineer, you will be instrumental in developing, implementing, and maintaining automated testing frameworks that enhance the efficiency and reliability of our testing processes.

• Contribute to the automation strategy by identifying test cases for automation, scripting, and execution, maximizing coverage and reducing manual testing.
• Review test scripts, plans, and reports, ensuring automation scripts meet all requirements and contribute to infrastructure enhancements.
• Contribute to project risk assessment, risk tracking items, and mitigation actions.
• Develop, maintain, and optimize automation frameworks and tools to support continuous integration and delivery pipelines.
• Identify and implement appropriate automation tools and technologies that align with the company’s development environment and objectives.
• Stay current with industry trends and advancements in automation testing, integrating new tools and techniques as appropriate.

What skills & experience are we looking for?

• Experience level: 4+ years.
• Strong Analytical skills.
• Curiosity, willingness to learn new things, resilience to uncertainty, ability to grab and interpolate partial information from various sources and perspectives.
• Open-mindedness, ability to embrace change and face unexpected difficulties.
• In-depth understanding of formal test and development processes.
• Proficiency in test automation tools (Example: Selenium, Katalon Studio).
• Experience in Source Control (Git) & Page Object Model.
• Experience with API and web services, including tools like Postman and SoapUI.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipeline orchestration.
• Experience with Management tools (Azure DevOps, Confluence, XRAY and Jira)

What academic qualifications do you need?

• Bachelor in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or any IT-related field.
• ISTQB certification or other automation certification would be a plus.
