As a Tech Delivery Subject Matter Expert, a typical day involves leading the integration of innovative practices within delivery projects, leveraging extensive expertise to influence both client and organizational strategies. This role requires engaging closely with clients to understand their needs, shaping solutions that align with best practices, and fostering trusted advisor relationships. The position demands a proactive approach to driving transformation, collaborating across teams, and continuously enhancing the reputation of the organization through impactful delivery and strategic insights.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
• Lead the development and implementation of strategic initiatives to improve delivery outcomes.
• Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentorship within the team to build collective expertise.
• Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure alignment with client objectives and organizational goals.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Success Factors Employee Central.
• Strong understanding of human capital management processes and their integration with technology solutions.
• Experience in designing and implementing scalable employee central modules within complex enterprise environments.
• Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.
• Excellent communication skills to engage with diverse stakeholders and facilitate collaborative problem-solving.

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in SAP Success Factors Employee Central.
• This position is based at our Kolkata office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
