• Architect designs and implements programs to develop employees skills and career paths. This role involves creating training modules, mentoring systems, and performance improvement plans. The goal is to build a capable and motivated workforce. Responsibilities include assessing skill gaps and crafting strategies to address them. This position is crucial for fostering employee growth and organizational success. Develop learning activities and supporting materials according to the content design plan.
