🔍 Discovery & Requirements

• Lead discovery workshops across ITSM, ITOM, ITAM (SAM/HAM), DEX, EA, and integrations
• Gather and document functional requirements, process flows, and design decisions

🧩 Design & Functional Definition

• Define user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional configuration guidelines
• Ensure alignment with Service Now OOTB capabilities using a configuration-first approach
• Own and maintain design artifacts, ensuring formal sign-off with NWN stakeholders

🤝 Collaboration & Delivery Support

• Provide functional guidance and clarification to offshore development teams
• Partner with technical teams to ensure accurate implementation of designs

✅ Validation & Testing

• Validate configured solutions against approved functional designs
• Support UAT preparation by reviewing test scenarios and expected outcomes

📏 Scope & Governance

• Help manage project scope by clearly distinguishing in-scope vs. out-of-scope requirements

Qualifications

🎓 Experience

• 8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst and/or Service Now Functional Consultant
• Proven experience delivering Service Now implementations across ITSM, ITOM, and ITAM

🌐 Language

• Advanced English proficiency (written and spoken)
