Project Role Description: Provide consultative Business and System Integration services to help clients implement effective solutions. Understand and translate customer needs into business and technology solutions. Drive discussions and consult on transformation, the customer journey, functional/application designs and ensure technology and business solutions represent business requirements.

Summary:

As an Integration Engineer, you will provide consultative Business and System Integration services to assist clients in implementing effective solutions. Your typical day will involve engaging with clients to understand their needs, translating those needs into actionable business and technology solutions, and driving discussions around transformation and the customer journey. You will collaborate with various teams to ensure that functional and application designs align with business requirements, ultimately delivering solutions that enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be a Subject Matter Expert with deep knowledge and experience.
• Should have influencing and advisory skills.
• Engage with multiple teams and be responsible for team decisions.
• Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams, and provide solutions to business area problems.
• Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and foster collaboration among stakeholders.
• Continuously assess and improve integration processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in AWS Architecture.
• Experience with cloud migration strategies and best practices.
• Strong understanding of system integration methodologies and tools.
• Ability to design scalable and secure cloud architectures.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 18 years of experience in AWS Architecture.
• This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
