  What would you do? You will be part of the Technology for Operations team that acts as a trusted advisor and partner to Accenture Operations. The team provides innovative and secure technologies to help clients build an intelligent operating model, driving exceptional results. We work closely with the sales, offering and delivery teams to identify and build innovative solutions.
  The Tech For Operations (TFO) team provides innovative and secure technologies to help clients build an intelligent operating model, driving exceptional results. Works closely with the sales, offering and delivery teams to identify and build innovative solutions.,Tech for Operations involves using technology to improve and streamline business operations. This role includes implementing software solutions, automating processes, and managing IT systems that support operational activities. It also involves analyzing data to optimize performance and ensure efficiency. The goal is to enhance productivity and operational effectiveness through the effective use of technology. Major sub deals include AHO(Application Hosting Operations), ISMT (Infrastructure Management), Intelligent Automation
  Automate Business Processes using Robotic Process Automation Tools (Blue Prism and Automation Anywhere) Cognitive RPA like OCR, NLP, ML/AI, and API Integrations to provide automation in a process. It includes writing code using scripting language like C, VB.NET, Python etc. to help in Automations. Design architecture of automation solutions and RPA tools to design process flows, write code, and create technical documentation to provide end-to-end automation.
  What are we looking for? Level – 9 | Skill Set – Ui Path & .NET
• Strong hands on experience in Ui Path and .NET development
• Capability to manage a small sized team and lead delivery activities
• Coordinate closely with BT and Ops stakeholders
• Experience in code movement and automation deployment via Jenkins
• Good working knowledge of Ui Path Orchestrator, Agentic Automation, and Document Understanding
• Perform lead activities, including project management, coordination, and delivery governance
• Extended support during UAT, deployment, hypercare, and production issues

Prerequisites / Expectations for Backfill Resource:

• Location: Mumbai (preferred for better coordination during critical delivery phases)
• Shift Timings: 3:00 PM – 12:00 AM IST
• Work Model: Work from office – once a week and on demand basis
• Flexibility: Willingness to provide extended support beyond planned shift hours, whenever demanded by client dependencies and delivery exigencies (with prior planning)

Role Split:

o ~60% hands-on development support
o ~40% lead / coordination / dependency management activities
Roles and Responsibilities: •In this role you are required to do analysis and solving of moderately complex problems

• May create new solutions, leveraging and, where needed, adapting existing methods and procedures
• The person would require understanding of the strategic direction set by senior management as it relates to team goals
• Primary upward interaction is with direct supervisor
• May interact with peers and/or management levels at a client and/or within Accenture
• Guidance would be provided when determining methods and procedures on new assignments
• Decisions made by you will often impact the team in which they reside
• Individual would manage small teams and/or work efforts (if in an individual contributor role) at a client or within Accenture
• Please note that this role may require you to work in rotational shifts
