Responsibilities:

• Implement, configure, test, and maintain SAP Concur solutions, with a strong focus on Expense management

• Support and optimize Travel management processes when applicable

• Analyze business requirements and design Concur solutions to streamline financial processes

• Optimize Concur workflows and performance, ensuring seamless data flow across systems

• Work with Cognos Reporting and Integration Navigation to support reporting and integrations

• Provide support for data migration, SAP Concur upgrades, and continuous system improvements

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in SAP Concur Expense (mandatory)

• Experience in SAP Concur Travel (preferred but not mandatory)

• Hands-on experience with Cognos Reporting and Integration Navigation (mandatory)

• Strong knowledge of expense management processes

• Experience with SAP Concur configuration and integrations

• Familiarity with cloud-based financial solutions and middleware platforms

• Fluency in English (written and spoken)

• Residency in Portugal and legal authorization to work in Portugal

Preferred Qualifications:

• SAP Concur certification

• Experience with SAP S/4HANA integration

• Familiarity with SAP Integration Suite, REST APIs, and other cloud integration tools
