This includes gathering and analyzing high-level requirements and designing comprehensive business solutions that align with organizational goals. The role requires translating complex business needs into practical technology-driven strategies and operating frameworks. Additionally, the Business Architect supports organizational transformation by preparing detailed business cases and steering the execution of critical initiatives, ensuring alignment across various stakeholders and teams.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
• Facilitate communication between business and technical teams to ensure clarity and alignment on project objectives.
• Drive continuous improvement by identifying process inefficiencies and recommending innovative solutions.
• Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and development.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Sail Point IdentityIQ.
• Strong knowledge of identity and access management principles and best practices.
• Experience in designing and implementing business architectures that integrate with technology solutions.
• Ability to analyze complex business environments and translate them into actionable technology strategies.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on cross-team collaboration and solution delivery.
• Effective communication skills to engage with diverse stakeholders and facilitate consensus.

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Sail Point IdentityIQ.
• This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
