Summary:

As a Business Architect, you will engage in a dynamic environment where you will identify opportunities to deliver tangible business value. Your typical day will involve assessing the current state of business operations, capturing high-level requirements, and defining innovative business solutions. You will translate business needs into technology-enabled solutions and operating models, supporting transformation initiatives by developing comprehensive business cases and guiding the implementation of key projects. Your role will require collaboration with various stakeholders to ensure alignment and drive successful outcomes.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and ensure stakeholder engagement.
• Analyze and document business processes to identify areas for improvement and optimization.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Business Requirements Analysis.
• Strong analytical skills to assess business needs and translate them into actionable requirements.
• Experience in developing business cases and project proposals.
• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Familiarity with business process modeling and improvement methodologies.

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Business Requirements Analysis.
• This position is based at our Pune office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
