Summary:

As an Application Developer, a typical day involves designing, building, and configuring applications that align with business processes and meet specific application requirements. This role requires engaging with various stakeholders to understand needs, translating those needs into functional software solutions, and continuously refining applications to ensure they perform efficiently and effectively within the organizational environment. The position demands a proactive approach to problem-solving and collaboration to deliver high-quality software products that support business objectives.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze application requirements.
• Assist in troubleshooting and resolving application issues to maintain optimal performance.
• Document application designs, configurations, and updates to support knowledge sharing.
• Support junior team members by providing guidance and sharing best practices.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Java Standard Edition.
• Strong understanding of object-oriented programming concepts and design patterns.
• Experience with application lifecycle management and version control systems.
• Ability to write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
• Familiarity with debugging tools and performance tuning techniques.
• Knowledge of software development methodologies and best practices.

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Java Standard Edition.
• This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
